Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time of placing your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping has an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control once shipped to the courier.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Xalis Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc. )

Damages: Xalis Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the USA.
